Description:
Inspira Financial is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented File Operations Specialist to join the H&B Operations Department. This remote role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving. The specialist will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound file implementations, SFTP setups, troubleshooting, and daily file tracking and maintenance projects. The role requires collaboration with client file teams, vendors, and Client Services to ensure smooth file implementations and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage SFTP sites for file delivery.
• Troubleshoot SFTP site issues and provide resolutions.
• Implement inbound and outbound files, including meetings with clients/vendors as needed, file setup in Inspira systems, and testing.
• Perform daily file tracking, error resolution, and routine file processes.
• Process nonstandard files upon request.
• Collaborate with clients, account managers, and implementation managers on existing or new processes.
• Conduct research on file issues and provide solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience with file processing required; experience with Inspira systems preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate small or daily projects with others.
• Willingness to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
• Affinity for accuracy and efficiency.

Other Requirements:
• Infrequent travel (0-5%).
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Prolonged periods of desk work and computer use.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Hourly pay: $20.00 – $25.00, depending on location, experience, and skills.
