We’re recruiting a seasoned Fertilizer Sales Manager to lead commercial growth across the agriculture sector from our Dubai base. This senior, hands-on role is ideal for a results-driven sales leader with deep experience in agrochemical or fertilizer markets and an established B2B/distributor network within the UAE.
In this position you will own territory sales strategy, nurture distributor partnerships, and drive measurable revenue growth. You’ll be expected to build and execute sales plans, coach or lead field teams (where applicable), and represent the company during customer and distributor meetings. The role includes travel across the UAE and potentially beyond to meet clients and partners.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in fertilizer or agrochemical sales, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong, demonstrable B2B and distributor relationships across the UAE.
- Solid background in agribusiness or agriculture with a clear understanding of the market and product applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing distributor performance.
- Ready to start immediately or within 30 days.
