Description:
Activate Global is seeking a Fellowship Associate to join our Anywhere team, supporting a national, virtual community of fellows. Activate empowers scientists and engineers to bring their research to market through the Activate Fellowship, providing funding, mentorship, networks, and time for entrepreneurial growth. The Fellowship Associate will report to the Fellowship Manager and help coordinate both virtual and in-person fellowship programming, community events, fellow onboarding, data management, stakeholder communications, quarterly event planning, local office management, and general support across Activate Fellowship initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support virtual and in-person community events, including bi-weekly programming, quarterly trips, visitor-fellow meetings, and social events
  • Maintain fellowship data and calendars, including community and Managing Director schedules
  • Support cross-functional projects, such as fellow selection and onboarding
  • Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
  • Assist with reporting to funders and partners, and manage communications with external stakeholders
