Home Bakery is growing and we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented F&B Coordinator to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day service across the business.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating basic F&B operations and supporting both front- and back-of-house teams.
- Assisting with inventory tracking and simple bookkeeping tasks to help maintain accurate records.
- Ensuring compliance with food and beverage safety standards and internal hygiene procedures.
- Preparing routine documents and spreadsheets using MS Word and Excel.
- Communicating with suppliers and team members to follow up on orders and deliveries.
- Providing excellent customer service and handling verbal/written communications professionally.
What we’re looking for:
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage safety regulations.
- Practical experience with MS Office (Word & Excel).
- Familiarity with F&B business processes and hospitality operations.
- Strong organisational skills, good numerical aptitude, and basic bookkeeping ability.
