Description:
1004 Gourmet is looking for a proactive and organized Thai-speaking Admin and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic F&B team in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on schedule
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery timelines
• Assist in customer follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales support

Administrative Support
• Handle office administration, including documentation, filing, and managing office supplies
• Support procurement and track inventory for F&B products
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and assist with presentations and marketing materials

Qualifications:
• fluent in Thai (both written and spoken)
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or administrative/sales roles preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team
