Description:
Victory Heights Primary School is a British-curriculum primary school based in Dubai Sports City. The school is currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Facilities & Operations Assistant to support the smooth daily functioning of its campus facilities and operational services.
The role is ideal for an individual who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a busy school environment. The selected candidate will help ensure that the school provides a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for students, staff, and visitors while supporting overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the daily operation and maintenance of school facilities.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-organised campus environment.
• Coordinate with internal staff and external service providers.
• Assist in managing operational tasks and school support services.
• Respond quickly to facility-related issues and operational needs.
• Maintain compliance with school health and safety standards.
Requirements:
• Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in facilities, operations, administration, or similar roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to manage changing priorities.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards.
