A reputable organization in Dubai is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Facilities Engineer to oversee and manage Hard FM operations across site locations. This opportunity is strictly for candidates who are available to join immediately and possess 3–4 years of relevant UAE experience in facilities management.
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth maintenance operations, supervising technical teams, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Hard FM services including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems across the assigned site
- Develop and implement Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure timely completion
- Manage reactive and breakdown maintenance, including troubleshooting and coordination with relevant teams
- Supervise technicians to ensure quality work, safety compliance, and proper workmanship standards
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, LPO processing, material procurement, and job execution
- Conduct routine site inspections, identify snags, and ensure closure of pending issues
- Maintain accurate site logs, checklists, service reports, and perform basic root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring faults
- Support statutory and regulatory compliance activities, with exposure to DCD, DM, and DEWA processes preferred
- Prepare daily and weekly operational updates and reports for management review
This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.
