Facilities Coordinator (Remote-PST)

As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will provide support for over sixty commercial office buildings, care delivery centers, and pharmaceutical facilities across the Western and Central United States. This role involves monitoring and reporting financial analytics, assisting with work order management, and maintaining accurate documentation for all relevant processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support across 60+ operations including offices, care facilities, and pharmacies.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analytical tasks.
  • Manage work orders, proposals, departmental documents, purchase orders, and other vendor-submitted paperwork.
  • Support financial processes while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Communicate with clients to address inquiries and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain efficient regional operations.
  • Coordinate with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to policies and reporting requirements.
  • Collect and compile performance reports to track progress.
  • Follow provided instructions and seek clarification when necessary.
  • Respond professionally to routine inquiries from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Resolve straightforward problems using existing procedures, under close supervision.
  • Deliver assigned output by following defined procedures and processes.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for straightforward information exchange.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills to calculate percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
