Description:
Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join their team remotely, based out of St. Louis, MO. This position is vital in ensuring efficient and seamless facility operations while supporting the broader facility management team in providing high-quality service to clients.
This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including addressing client needs, coordinating service vendors, monitoring work orders, and ensuring ongoing maintenance activities are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Deliver day-to-day facility management services with a focus on office and building functionality
- Respond promptly to client requests and concerns, ensuring resolution and satisfaction
- Manage service requests and follow up on open and closed work orders
- Monitor equipment issues and coordinate with third-party contractors for maintenance and repairs
- Assist with routine building inspections and ensure building systems are functioning as expected
- Handle invoicing, vendor bids, proposals, and payment processing
- Support in vendor training, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Document communications and ensure proper reporting practices
- Provide support for client-related special events
- Assist in the tracking of key performance metrics tied to service level agreements
- Deliver consistent helpdesk support and facilitate workflow monitoring
- Train new associates on company procedures and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in commercial real estate, facility or property management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of property lease agreements, CAM reconciliation, and real estate tax terms
- Familiarity with base building systems and work order systems
- Flexibility in schedule, including potential overnight or weekend requirements
