We’re on the lookout for a passionate and customer-focused Waiter to join the Saadiyat Rotana team in Abu Dhabi! If you take pride in delivering exceptional service and creating a warm, welcoming dining atmosphere, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Accurately take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols consistently.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and perform well under pressure.
- A positive, customer-first attitude with strong teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Russian or Arabic is an advantage.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
