Description:
Empowerscorp Technical Services LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong expertise in accounting operations, payroll administration, tax compliance, and financial reporting within the UAE market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting functions, ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, managing payroll and WPS processes, and supporting business decision-making through accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and other financial analyses.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Process employee payroll and ensure compliance with WPS requirements.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities.
• Prepare and submit UAE VAT filings and support Corporate Tax compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate with auditors and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Monitor project costing, workforce-related payroll expenses, and financial performance.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and ensure record accuracy.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience within the UAE.
• Previous experience in manpower supply, contracting, technical services, or recruitment industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, and WPS procedures.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• Male candidates are preferred for this position.
• UAE driving license will be considered an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Financial reporting and accounting operations
• Payroll processing, WPS, and workforce payroll management
• UAE VAT filing, Corporate Tax compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel
