Description:
2 Brothers Moving & Delivery, headquartered in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant to support our CEO. This fully remote role provides the flexibility to work from anywhere while managing executive, administrative, and brand-related responsibilities with discretion and professionalism. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations for the CEO while enhancing the company’s efficiency and brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Valid USA visa and ability to travel within the USA, Latin America, and Europe
  • Must reside in Medellin
  • Exceptional English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in executive or virtual assistant roles
  • Experience managing executive calendars, emails, and social media accounts
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace
  • Availability for regular virtual meetings

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive correspondence, prioritizing communications for timely responses
  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Represent the CEO professionally in high-level interactions
  • Oversee and enhance the CEO’s social media presence across platforms
  • Curate, schedule, and publish content to support brand visibility and engagement
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the CEO’s personal brand
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Manage detailed itineraries for professional and personal travel
  • Support personal scheduling needs of the CEO as required
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and solve problems
