A reputable travel and tourism organization based in Dubai is currently seeking experienced and motivated professionals for the role of Executive – Ticketing & Reservation. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who have strong hands-on experience in airline ticketing systems and customer-focused travel services.

About the Job:
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, and other Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
- Provide accurate guidance to clients regarding travel destinations, routes, and suitable travel options.
- Handle and resolve booking-related issues, including reservations, changes, and cancellations.
- Ensure clear understanding and execution of ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund procedures.
- Offer updated and correct information on current travel rules, airline policies, and regulations.
- Perform sales-related activities according to instructions from management.
- Support additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
About You:
- Graduate from any recognized discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant ticketing or reservation role.
- Highly committed to work responsibilities and deadlines.
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
