We’re Hiring – Executive Secretary to CEO
Our client, a well-established group in Dubai, is looking for a professional and proactive Executive Secretary to provide high-level support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Draft, review, and handle confidential correspondence and reports
- Act as the liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize board meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes accurately
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and business correspondence
- Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
