A leading organization in the real estate industry is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to provide dedicated administrative support to C-level executives at its Business Bay office in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with proven UAE experience in executive support and exceptional organizational abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Preference will be given to Tagalog-speaking candidates who possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to C-level executives.

• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documentation.

• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate executive activities.

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

• Ensure efficient office administration and provide timely follow-up on executive tasks.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of UAE experience as an Executive Secretary supporting C-level executives.
