Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly professional Executive Secretary / Executive Assistant to provide direct support to senior leadership within a consulting and audit firm. This role is ideal for someone who excels at managing executive-level administrative responsibilities, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and schedules
- Prepare, format, and maintain reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents related to consulting and audit assignments with discretion
- Coordinate meetings and communications with clients, auditors, consultants, and internal teams
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and official correspondence professionally
- Assist with travel planning, bookings, and meeting logistics for senior management
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide ongoing administrative support to senior partners and management as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- 2–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant
- Prior experience within consulting or audit firms will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent command of English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Strong organizational abilities with excellent time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Capability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
