The successful candidate will assist with daily executive operations, manage schedules, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle a variety of administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive schedules, calendars, and appointments.
• Coordinate business travel, visa applications, and related documentation.
• Handle bookings, correspondence, and general administrative tasks.
• Provide day-to-day executive and personal support with minimal supervision.
• Organize meetings and ensure timely follow-up on important tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and documents.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• UAE Driving Licence will be considered an advantage.
