Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our Head of Sales. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling fast-paced and dynamic work environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support:
    • Provide dedicated administrative and operational assistance to the Head of Sales.
    • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.
    • Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and documents as needed.
  • CRM Management:
    • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information.
    • Track leads, monitor the sales pipeline, and ensure consistent follow-up by the sales team.
    • Oversee CRM data integrity and manage performance tracking through the system.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    • Monitor KPIs and generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
    • Support process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting actionable solutions.
  • Coordination & Communication:
    • Serve as the communication bridge between the Head of Sales and internal departments.
    • Schedule and coordinate team meetings, ensuring follow-ups and timely deliverables.
    • Facilitate effective communication and ensure smooth information flow across the team.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage expense tracking, approvals, and general office documentation.
    • Assist with onboarding new sales team members and maintaining organized records.
    • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Sales Coordinator, ideally in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Strong command of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Professional demeanor, with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
