Description:
We are searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Managing Director / CEO. The successful candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, possess exceptional communication skills, and be capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment. This role involves overseeing both business and personal matters linked to the CEO’s diverse ventures and investments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive administrative and executive-level support to the Managing Director / CEO.
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s inbox, responding to correspondence and delegating tasks when appropriate.
- Coordinate complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports in both Arabic and English.
- Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives, projects, and key business objectives.
- Organize board meetings, prepare detailed minutes, and track the completion of follow-up actions.
- Conduct research and compile reports to assist in data-driven decision-making.
- Assist the CEO with personal and investment-related matters such as scheduling, coordination, and correspondence.
- Oversee general office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
🎯 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a senior executive support role.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
- Outstanding organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience managing complex schedules and correspondence systems.
- Background in interior design, architecture, or investment sectors is advantageous.
- Must currently reside in Dubai.
