Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple executive calendars, prioritizing and coordinating high-volume schedules

• Organize meetings, including room bookings, catering arrangements, off-site planning, and presentations

• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements in compliance with company policies

• Process expense reports and manage corporate credit card reconciliations

• Support confidential communication between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders

• Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless administrative coverage

• Respond quickly and effectively to urgent or evolving business needs

• Use AI tools to enhance scheduling efficiency and workflow optimization

• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company information

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in executive support or administrative roles

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational, time management, and planning abilities

• High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity

• Ability to perform under pressure with composure and efficiency

• Experience working with executive leadership in fast-paced environments preferred

• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom is an advantage
