CoreWeave is currently seeking a highly driven and detail-focused Executive Assistant to join its fast-paced Revenue team. This role plays a critical part in supporting senior leadership, including direct collaboration with the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer / SVP of Revenue. The Executive Assistant will work closely with other executive assistants and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations and effective executive support.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities. This position requires someone who can anticipate executive needs, manage complex schedules, and handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion. The Executive Assistant will be deeply involved in calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and operational support, allowing leadership to remain focused on strategic objectives and company growth.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience providing executive-level support to VP or C-suite leaders
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Google Calendar, Slack, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience planning large-scale events and managing logistics for groups of 100+ people
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and time zones
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Willingness to work 3–5 days onsite and travel to other CoreWeave offices as required
Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and handle expense reporting
- Organize and support revenue team meetings, off-sites, all-hands sessions, and corporate events
- Track deliverables, monitor timelines, and follow up on outstanding action items
- Partner closely with the Senior EA to the CRO and other executive assistants on shared initiatives
- Draft, edit, and prepare professional documents with accuracy and brand consistency
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and executive information
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members
- Assist with additional administrative and operational tasks to enhance team efficiency
