Description:
FuelMii is hiring a dedicated and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Co-CEOs in a fully remote capacity. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the Co-CEOs operate with maximum efficiency by managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, optimizing workflows, and acting as a key point of connection between leadership and stakeholders.
The Executive Assistant will report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the Co-CEOs on a daily basis. Over time, this position offers growth opportunities, including involvement in strategic initiatives, board coordination, and executive-level communications. Must Haves for this role:
Executive Support & Calendar Management:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable senior administrative role
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars for senior executives while balancing multiple priorities
- Proactive approach to anticipating needs and resolving issues before they escalate
Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting correspondence on behalf of executives
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners
- Confidence acting as a professional liaison with board members, partners, and leadership teams
Organization & Project Coordination:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced setting
- Experience arranging detailed travel logistics, including international travel
- Capability to improve workflows and introduce systems that enhance executive productivity
Technical Proficiency & Adaptability:
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and similar platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, distributed team environment
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools and processes
Discretion & Professionalism:
- High level of integrity when handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong judgment in prioritizing tasks and knowing when escalation is required
- Flexibility to support urgent needs outside standard working hours when necessary
