We are currently hiring an experienced Executive Assistant on a contract basis to provide high-level administrative support. This is a 100% remote role operating within Central Standard Time (CST). You will be part of the Admin Specialist Program, a scalable remote support model designed to maximize executive productivity and support strategic priorities across business functions.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple executives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple priorities and frequently changing tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Maintain organized schedules, deliverables, and communications across multiple leaders
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders to anticipate needs, identify risks, and provide timely updates
• Support daily administrative operations, including coordination of workflows and business activities
• Deliver high-touch executive support, including coordination across several leaders when required
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2+ years of experience supporting three or more executives simultaneously
• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, GChat)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Experience using sound judgment and discretion while following company policies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems
• Exceptional multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Clear, professional communication skills with a proactive and solution-focused mindset
• Experience with Concur and Outlook is a plus
