As the company continues to grow its global presence, New Relic is seeking an experienced and highly proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief People & Culture Officer.
This role plays a critical part in improving alignment, efficiency, and engagement across the organization. The Executive Assistant will streamline communications, manage key priorities, and support strategic initiatives while maintaining discretion and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and track complex executive calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring timely responses, accuracy, and proactive adjustments as priorities change.
• Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants to support large-scale meetings, initiatives, and cross-functional programs.
• Lead executive communication planning, including the development of messaging frameworks, tactical briefs, communication tasks, and materials related to site visits and organizational changes.
• Support organizational planning activities such as headcount tracking, organizational changes, and staffing coordination.
• Monitor budgets, track expenditures, reconcile expenses, and prepare executive expense reports in a timely manner.
• Plan and execute meetings, events, off-sites, and special functions, covering a wide range of internal and external engagements.
• Gather, organize, and communicate information through presentation decks, reporting tools, and structured documentation.
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements with minimal supervision.
• Handle confidential information, personnel matters, and sensitive communications with the highest level of discretion.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proactive mindset with a solutions-focused approach and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting across executive, director, and partner levels.
• Experience supporting projects with varying scope and business impact, including organizational planning and workforce initiatives.
• Technically proficient, with experience using collaboration tools, document management systems, and productivity platforms (G-Suite experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills, holistic thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience planning and negotiating vendor services for meetings and events.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Estimated base salary range of $99,000 to $124,000 USD, depending on location, skills, and experience.
