We’re Hiring – Executive Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about contributing to the growth of a leading STEM education organization.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Communication Facilitation: Serve as the primary contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.
- Project Management: Lead special projects with a focus on process optimization and productivity enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Exceptionally organized with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Highly accountable with commitment to high standards and ethical integrity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong working relationships.
- Demonstrated track record showing these qualities; recent graduates must have a GPA of 3.8+ from top schools.
