Description:
House Buyers of America, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our fast-paced, growth-oriented CEO. This fully remote role requires someone with exceptional attention to detail, independent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage critical deadlines on short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar and daily schedule.
  • Oversee the CEO’s inbox, screening emails and communications, ensuring urgent matters are prioritized.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support including analyses, reports, and documentation for leadership projects.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and communicate CEO priorities.
  • Develop and refine presentations, proposals, and other materials for executive management.
  • Source and negotiate vendors and key resources, ensuring optimal pricing and terms.
  • Maintain task management software with key action items and follow-ups.
  • Compose, edit, and proofread correspondence, contracts, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks including filing, correspondence, and reviewing incoming memos.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive and company information.
  • Occasionally assist with candidate interviews and special projects as assigned.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive assistant and 10+ years administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to develop executive-ready presentations.
  • Highly organized with a professional, detail-oriented approach.
