Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the CEO, Ben Greenfield, provides operational support across multiple departments and interfaces with all levels of leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages multiple projects and tasks, adapts to change, and maintains deadlines while demonstrating initiative and precision.
Core Mission Statement
Serve as the central operational hub of LIFE Enterprises by delivering world-class coordination, communication, and execution, ensuring all mission-critical projects and tasks are organized, communicated, and completed across LIFE brands.
Administrative Support
- Manage CEO’s inbox, out-of-office replies, contact management, email filters, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate high-level communication across company departments.
- Create presentations and manage slide inventory.
- Manage scheduling, monthly reports, and incoming tasks.
- Navigate project management platforms and manage Asana Boards.
- Conduct research for volunteer opportunities.
- Draft and edit business playbook documents.
- Contract management and invoice/payment handling.
- Maintain awareness of CEO’s activities and provide briefings for engagements.
Travel Support
- Plan and coordinate trips, including podcasts, itineraries, and big-picture logistics.
- Book flights, hotels, and rental cars (domestic and international).
- Manage travel points, flight check-ins, visas, and passport renewals.
- Coordinate with House Manager for local guests and restaurant reservations.
- Monitor travel restrictions and provide updates to CEO.
- Remain available to assist the CEO urgently during travel.
