This role provides critical operational and administrative support, enabling the CRO and revenue leaders to operate efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, handle travel logistics, and prepare presentations and reports. You will also assist with departmental initiatives, special projects, and onboarding new leaders while managing sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the CRO and senior revenue leaders.
• Serve as a liaison between the CRO, internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Manage dynamic calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including cross-functional sessions, quarterly business reviews, and offsite events.
• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
• Process and track expense reports, purchase orders, and ensure timely approvals.
• Review, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications such as emails, meeting invites, and requests.
• Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure consistent support across leadership.
• Consolidate activity reports, prepare presentations, and support communication needs of the CRO.
• Assist with departmental initiatives and special projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Support onboarding of new leaders within the revenue organization.
• Handle confidential matters professionally and with discretion.
• Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and initiatives assigned by the CRO.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably in a global, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• High flexibility and availability to support urgent matters across multiple time zones.
• Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proactive approach with ability to anticipate needs and offer solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, or Notion is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing logistics for internal and external events is advantageous.
