As part of its continued growth, Snowflake is seeking a highly adaptable and proactive Executive Assistant, Product to support Product Management leadership and play a central role in day-to-day business operations.

In this position, you will act as a key operational partner to Product leaders, ensuring efficiency, organization, and forward momentum across initiatives. You will collaborate closely with a team of Administrative professionals, manage office operations, and provide holistic support that helps teams remain productive, engaged, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain complex calendars for Product Leadership, ensuring effective prioritization
• Arrange and coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including expense management
• Create, organize, and maintain team mailing lists, shared folders, and digital drives
• Plan, organize, and execute internal team events and meetings
• Respond to employee and guest inquiries, directing them to appropriate resources
• Welcome and manage executive guests, including interview candidates, customers, and partners
• Attend team meetings, track action items, and support daily projects
• Drive and manage operational programs and initiatives within the Product organization
• Act as a primary liaison for external meetings with customers and partners
• Lead and manage small-scale projects within the administrative team
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong background in direct executive support, project coordination, and event planning
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive mindset
• Experience implementing systems, tools, or processes that improve efficiency
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and responsive
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with all levels of leadership, vendors, partners, and customers
• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to evolving tools and platforms
