A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking a professional Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to provide dedicated support to the Chairman while ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of the executive office. This role is well suited for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, supporting Board meetings, handling confidential correspondence, and maintaining seamless office administration. Candidates with UAE experience and strong organizational abilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the Chairman.
• Manage executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Organize Board meetings and prepare meeting documentation.
• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive information with discretion.
• Oversee daily office administration and ensure efficient executive office operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Chairmen, CEOs, C-level Executives, or Board members.
• Experience managing executive calendars, travel arrangements, Board meetings, and office administration.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
