Affirm is currently seeking a confident, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant II to provide high-touch, strategic support to the Founder & CEO. This critical role sits within the Office of the CEO and is focused on enabling efficiency, clarity, and seamless execution across the CEO’s professional and personal commitments. The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive support professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and handles complex logistics with discretion and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive-level support by anticipating needs and proactively managing priorities
  • Manage a dynamic and demanding calendar, resolving conflicts and coordinating domestic and international travel
  • Prepare detailed briefing materials, agendas, and background documents ahead of meetings
  • Streamline and manage high-volume communications, including emails and messages
  • Act as a trusted liaison within the CEO’s internal and external network
  • Partner with internal teams, the Chief of Staff, and other executive assistants on projects, events, and executive alignment
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, press engagements, speaking events, and special initiatives
  • Process expense reports, approvals, reimbursements, and document sign-offs efficiently
  • Attend executive meetings as needed and ensure meeting environments are fully prepared
  • Manage inbound and outbound requests with timely follow-ups and clear communication

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Extensive experience supporting senior executives in public companies or high-growth startups
  • Proven expertise in calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communications
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strict attention to confidentiality
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize under pressure
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, Zoom, expense management tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities with professionalism and resilience
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%
  • Residence within reasonable commuting distance to Affirm’s San Francisco office
