Description:
Sodecia is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Executive Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our executive leadership team. This is a remote opportunity exclusively open to U.S.-based candidates who can manage complex executive functions and thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee executive calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Handle confidential and sensitive communications on behalf of senior leadership.
• Prepare and edit reports, executive presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Arrange and manage travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.
• Act as a communication bridge between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
• Track and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely and accurate follow-ups.
• Assist with strategic projects, board materials, and operational planning as needed.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an executive or administrative support role for senior leaders.
• Must be currently based in the United States with valid work authorization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, Slack, and project tools like Asana or Notion.
• Professional discretion, integrity, and a high degree of confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage competing priorities effectively.
