A growing organization in the UAE is currently seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support daily business operations and executive-level coordination activities. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and experienced in handling administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting internal business functions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements

• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, quotations, and official documents
• Organize travel arrangements, hotel bookings, meetings, and event coordination activities
• Monitor pending tasks and ensure timely completion and follow-ups
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day office and business operations
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive business information and documents
• Support coordination activities related to social media and internal communication when required
• Ensure smooth workflow and assist management with operational support tasks
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including MS Excel and Outlook
• Professional approach with attention to detail and accuracy
• UAE work experience will be considered an advantage
