A well-established group of companies based in Abu Dhabi is currently looking to hire a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated administrative support to senior leadership. This opportunity is being recruited on behalf of the client’s organization, and immediate joiners will be given preference.

The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. This role requires someone who can efficiently support executives with daily administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and ensure that internal operations run smoothly.

As an Executive Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting senior management by managing schedules, preparing documentation, and coordinating with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The position also involves handling confidential information and assisting in the coordination of ongoing projects and executive-level activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive-level support to senior leadership.
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements when required.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and professional correspondence for internal and external communication.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive company information and executive documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Organize and maintain documentation, records, and filing systems for easy access and efficiency.
  • Assist with project coordination and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and commitments assigned by senior executives.
  • Support executives with day-to-day operational and administrative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
  • Previous experience working directly with senior management or executive-level professionals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail and presentation.
  • Prior UAE work experience will be considered an advantage.
