As an Executive Admissions Representative, you will engage prospective students, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions to support enrollment into APUS programs. You will assist students with document submission, transfer credit evaluation, degree planning, payment options, and guide them through matriculation at the start of their session. Your role is essential in helping students begin their journey toward academic and professional success.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students considering enrollment at APUS
• Engage students via phone and email, providing consultative guidance to support enrollment
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess student needs and present appropriate program solutions
• Facilitate enrollment, document collection, registration, transfer credits, and degree planning
• Follow up promptly with prospective students to provide assistance and ensure completion of requirements
• Maintain and protect student privacy in accordance with FERPA regulations
• Manage prospective student information in CRM and other software systems
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Academic Advising, Registrar, and other departments as needed
• Meet and exceed enrollment metrics and performance goals set by department leadership

Work Schedule / Start Date:
This full-time remote position offers flexible shifts, including:
• Monday–Friday: 9:00 am–5:30 pm or 12:30 pm–9:00 pm EST
• Saturday: 9:30 am–6:00 pm EST
A high-speed internet connection and dedicated workspace are required.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of online admissions experience working with adult students in a sales or consultative-focused role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment metrics
• Self-motivated, comfortable making high-volume outbound calls to generate interest and qualify students
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Salesforce experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident phone presence
• Passionate about helping students succeed and empowering others
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve individual goals
