GFT, a leading Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm, is seeking a highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide senior-level support while working remotely for our Raleigh office. The role involves managing executive calendars, coordinating travel, preparing reports and correspondence, and supporting meetings and high-profile events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
• Prepare, edit, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
• Serve as liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
• Organize and support high-profile events, conferences, and client engagements
• Monitor and process expense reports, budgets, and reimbursements according to company policies
• Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
• Perform additional administrative tasks to support team operations
Qualifications and skills:
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 4 years administrative experience supporting senior executives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
