Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritize appointments, and organize executive schedules to maximize productivity.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, liaising with internal teams and external senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic administrative support by identifying workflow inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
