Role Summary:

We’re looking for an experienced Procurement & Inventory Admin Executive to support daily purchasing, stock management, vendor coordination, and reporting for a luxury gold and diamond business. Ideal candidates have a background in fine jewelry operations and a solid understanding of diamond certification, supply chain, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate procurement documentation & LPOs
  • Track stock of solitaires, diamonds, and materials
  • Liaise with vendors and maintain supplier database
  • Oversee import/export logistics and shipment documentation
  • Generate stock, sales, and purchase reports
  • Support the procurement team with admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business / Supply Chain / Logistics
  • 5–6 years of procurement/admin experience in luxury jewelry (UAE mandatory)
  • Strong ERP, Excel & reporting skills
  • Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones & certifications preferred
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, reliable team player
