We’re Hiring — Event Manager
EVA Beach Restaurant is looking for a creative and driven Event Manager to join our team and lead the planning and delivery of high-impact events at our beachfront venue. If you love hospitality, enjoy curating memorable experiences, and can build relationships that bring events through the door — this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
- Drive event sales by developing and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, agencies, and local partners.
- Plan, coordinate and execute weddings, corporate functions, private parties, and bespoke events from concept to on-site delivery.
- Work closely with the culinary and operations teams to design menus, floorplans, timelines and logistics that deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Create tailored event packages and proposals, ensuring pricing, scope and deliverables meet client expectations and venue standards.
- Oversee event setup, service standards and on-the-day coordination to ensure every detail is executed to a high standard.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in event management or hospitality roles — ideally within F&B, hotels, or venues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines concurrently.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; confident in client-facing and sales conversations.
- A creative thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to craft memorable guest experiences.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment; knowledge of the UAE events market is a plus.
