Description:
A UAE-based organization is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join its Interior Fit-Out team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimations, BOQs, and tender submissions while ensuring all project requirements are thoroughly analyzed and evaluated.
The role requires strong technical understanding of interior fit-out works, including civil, joinery, and MEP components. The candidate must be capable of working under tight deadlines while coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed BOQs, cost estimates, and complete tender documentation
• Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
• Conduct site visits for measurements, verification, and technical clarifications
• Evaluate overall project costs including civil, joinery, and MEP works
• Support value engineering initiatives and cost optimization strategies
• Assist in maintaining accurate cost control and budgeting records
Requirements:
• 3–6 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out estimation
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery works
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
• Ability to manage multiple tenders within strict deadlines
• Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills
