Description:
RAM ANGLO General Contracting Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator specialized in fit-out projects to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience preparing accurate cost estimates and BOQs, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, and supporting timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for interior fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to ensure accuracy.
- Obtain and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to finalize estimates.
- Support tender submissions and participate in value engineering as needed.
- Maintain and update cost databases, including material and labor rates.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out estimation; UAE experience preferred.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and local market rates.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
