Description:

Sabi Electromechanical Works LLC is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer (MEP) to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in MEP estimation, tendering processes, quantity take-offs, and project cost evaluation within the construction and electromechanical sector.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring competitive and commercially viable proposals. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates based on project drawings, specifications, and client requirements

• Perform quantity take-offs for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems

• Analyze tender documents and prepare comprehensive bid submissions

• Review project scope and identify cost-effective engineering solutions

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations

• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals

• Evaluate project risks and support cost planning activities

• Maintain estimation records and ensure accuracy throughout the bidding process

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in MEP estimation and tender preparation

• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems

• Ability to perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost analysis

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• Experience working within the construction or electromechanical industry

• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet submission deadlines

• Strong knowledge of:
