Description:
Superone Solutions Technical Services is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid UAE experience in construction estimation, particularly within fit-out, renovation, joinery, and MEP projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) while supporting project planning and tender submissions. Immediate joiners with strong technical expertise and analytical skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out, renovation, joinery, and MEP projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs based on project drawings and specifications.
• Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender submissions.
• Analyze project requirements, material costs, and labor expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Support project planning by providing accurate budgeting and estimation data.
• Maintain estimation records and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience as an Estimation Engineer.
• Experience in Fit-Out, Renovation, Joinery, and MEP projects is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates while meeting project deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of:
• BOQ preparation and quantity take-off
• Cost estimation and tender documentation
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
