Description:
KTC International is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join its team and contribute to the successful delivery of major infrastructure and utility projects across the United Arab Emirates. This position is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in estimation, procurement, and tendering within the UAE construction industry.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience preparing technical and commercial estimates, managing procurement activities, and coordinating tender submissions for large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong familiarity with UAE authority requirements and industry-standard estimation tools is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end estimation and tendering activities for infrastructure and utility projects.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), quantity take-offs, and tender submissions.
• Manage procurement inquiries and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Review project documents to identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering solutions.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and client requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in infrastructure, roads, and utility projects.
• Proven expertise in technical and commercial estimation for projects valued between AED 20M–150M.
• Hands-on experience in procurement, subcontractor/vendor evaluation, and tendering processes.
• Proficiency in CCS Candy, AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs.
• Strong knowledge of RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other UAE authority requirements.
• Excellent analytical, commercial, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
