Description:
Seventh Key Development is expanding its finance team and seeking an experienced Escrow Finance Supervisor to manage and oversee all financial activities related to real estate escrow accounts. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations while supporting project funding transparency and alignment with development milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all project escrow accounts in compliance with RERA guidelines.
- Coordinate with escrow banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities for fund releases and compliance reporting.
- Maintain accurate records, reconciliations, and project disbursement reports.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ensure transparency in project funding.
- Collaborate with project, legal, and development teams to align financial operations with project timelines and milestones.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of RERA Escrow Regulations and Dubai Land Department systems (Oqood, Mollak, Trakheesi).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in real estate finance or accounting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with UAE escrow banks such as Emirates NBD, Mashreq, or ADCB.
- Certification in RERA Escrow Management or Real Estate Finance.
