ERP Next / Frappe Developer (React.js)
A reputable organization based in Dubai is seeking an experienced ERP Next / Frappe Developer with strong React.js expertise to support the customization, development, integration, and ongoing maintenance of ERP Next systems. This role is ideal for professionals who are comfortable handling both backend and frontend development tasks and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Summary:
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing ERP Next solutions, building custom applications, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring system performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize ERP Next modules including Accounting, CRM, HR, Leasing, and other business functions
- Develop custom DocTypes, workflows, reports, print formats, and Frappe applications
- Perform backend development using Python with the Frappe Framework
- Build frontend components, dashboards, portals, and user interfaces using React.js
- Integrate ERP Next with external systems using REST APIs
- Manage data migration, user permissions, and performance optimization
- Deploy, upgrade, and maintain ERP Next environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve both backend and frontend technical issues
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ERP Next and Frappe
- Strong proficiency in Python and React.js
- Experience developing custom Frappe applications
- Solid understanding of ERP Next architecture and REST API integrations
- Working knowledge of MySQL or MariaDB databases
- Experience using Git for version control
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with property or leasing management systems
- Knowledge of Docker and containerized environments
- Exposure to accounting standards or IFRS concepts
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
