Coral Business Solutions is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Engineer to join our UAE team. In this role you will lead ERP deployments, work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure smooth go-live activities, and provide post-implementation support. We’re looking for candidates who combine strong analytical thinking, domain knowledge in one or more of our verticals, and hands-on ERP configuration and rollout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live and stabilization.
- Configure system modules, map business processes to ERP functionality, and perform data migrations.
- Liaise with clients to understand needs, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver practical solutions.
- Provide on-site or remote training and handover documentation for end-users.
- Troubleshoot post-implementation issues and offer timely support to ensure system adoption.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to maintain delivery timelines and quality.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years’ ERP implementation experience in Real Estate, Project Management, Manufacturing, or Trading.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt ERP modules to business requirements.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional project team.
