Description:
Saudi German Hospital – Sharjah Branch is seeking an experienced and dedicated ER & ICU Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations within its Emergency Room and Intensive Care Unit. This leadership role is ideal for professionals committed to delivering exceptional patient care while managing high-performing nursing teams.
The successful candidate will oversee daily clinical operations, ensure compliance with hospital standards, and work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to maintain quality healthcare services and patient safety across critical care departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage nursing operations across the Emergency Room (ER) and Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and professional nursing practice.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the development of nursing staff.
• Monitor staffing levels, team performance, quality indicators, and compliance with hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote patient safety.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility.
• Proven leadership and managerial experience in ER and/or ICU settings.
• Strong clinical knowledge, communication, and team management skills.
• UAE experience in a hospital or tertiary-care environment is preferred.
