Role Overview:
The Entry-Level Staff Accountant will develop and apply accounting, auditing, and tax skills while gaining professional experience in a collaborative environment. Staff accountants are expected to build technical expertise and observe how to apply this knowledge in practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting, auditing, and tax functions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and client satisfaction
- Seek opportunities to expand technical and industry knowledge through professional development, training events, and presentations
- Apply accounting and auditing principles in practical client scenarios
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service deliverables
Experience & Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational capabilities
- Willingness to travel to client locations, primarily in Western New York
- Team-oriented mindset, eager to learn and grow professionally
