Storm Search is offering an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level Recruiter to join its fast-paced and collaborative recruiting team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and pipeline management. This position provides structured training and mentorship, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within the recruitment and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

• Conduct outreach via phone, email, text, and LinkedIn messaging.

• Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and job fit.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Track candidate activity, notes, and pipeline updates in ATS/CRM systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

• Follow recruitment best practices for sourcing, screening, and follow-ups.

• Contribute to a positive and performance-driven team culture.

Requirements:
